The Georgiana is ideal for groups of up to 6 anglers. At 100' in total length, this yacht has very comfortable cabins, the majority of which have private bathrooms and showers. From its anchorage, anglers will board skiffs to access the fishing areas each day. Special care is taken to ensure that the same areas are not fished each day, and that the skiffs are spread out.

Jardines de la Reina is unique from the other fishing destinations in Cuba. It has formidable populations of all the shallow water game fish that fly anglers are so eager to pursue. Juvenile Tarpon are available all year, with adults arriving in late Spring and staying through early Summer. Bonefish, Permit, Snapper, Jacks and Barracuda are also plentiful. Many Grand Slams take place at JDR.

The days fishing from the Georgiana are long, and can be customized to your liking. Generally, breakfast is around 7 and anglers leave in their skiffs between 7:30 and 8am. Many anglers return to the Georgiana for lunch and a break from the strong sun, while others opt to bring lunch with them and venture further afield. Food is exceptional, with fresh fruit and juice readily available. Meals include chicken and pork, and of course a variety of freshly caught seafood.

The Georgiana moves to Isla de la Juventud at the beginning of each year, and stays through the middle of Summer. It then returns to Jardines de la Reina for the remainder of the season.
