The Perola is 75' in length, of European origin, and very luxurious. Perfect for groups of anglers numbering up to 6, this yacht is comfortable, elegant, and very mobile.
Typically, the first night aboard Perola is spent near the home base of Tortuga, so that guides can prepare their skiffs and equipment. Early the first morning of fishing, each skiff travels towards their ultimate destination, fishing all the water along the way. Perola travels to catch up that day, and then is ready and waiting at its moorage for the return of the skiffs in the evening. Perola stays at its anchorage during the fishing week until the last when it again will travel back towards Tortuga on the last day.
The Perola was recently refurbished. The guest rooms are elegant and comfortable, with most having private bathrooms. Each has ample storage in order to organize clothing and gear. Much of the boat is decorated in hardwood. The upper deck is where most guests spend their time when aboard, and where meals are enjoyed in the cool ocean breeze. There is a comfortable interior area for socializing if guests want more protection from the elements. After the last day of fishing, Perola steams back to the small port of Jucaro and groups stay aboard for the night and leave early the next morning for their point of departure.
